Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

If you purchase a subscription or other recurring purchase option from ElixLabs, your order will renew automatically and your selected payment method will be charged on the recurring schedule shown at checkout, unless you cancel before your next billing date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next renewal, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

If your renewal payment has already been processed, the cancellation will apply to future renewals only. Any order that has already been processed for the current billing cycle cannot be canceled.

There are no cancellation fees.

If an order has already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Any returns or refunds after delivery will be handled in line with our Return and Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change, pause, or discontinue subscription or recurring purchase options at any time, including pricing, product availability, and discount terms. Any such changes will apply only to future orders and as permitted by applicable law.
